Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will assess each case and work with you to resolve it.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Keep the original packaging and product for verification when possible.

Timing

Return requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery. Resolution (replacement or refund) is typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify your request. Refunds, when applicable, may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items (e.g., certain foods, treats) and opened consumables may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Custom or personalized items may also be non-returnable. We will inform you at the time of purchase when applicable.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed to the original payment method when a return is approved. We do not offer automated refunds; each case is reviewed by our team. Replacements are sent via our courier partner Steadfast. If a refund is granted, you will receive confirmation once it has been initiated.
