JUST PET BD – Reward Points Program Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the JUST PET BD Reward Points Program. By participating, you agree to these terms.
Earning Points
- Earn 1 Reward Point for every BDT 100 of eligible order value.
- Points are calculated using floor rounding (e.g. 930 BDT = 9 points, 980 BDT = 9 points).
- Points are credited only after your order is successfully delivered.
- No points are earned at order placement or payment success stage.
Restrictions on Earning
- Reward Points are NOT earned on orders where a coupon code is applied.
- Reward Points are NOT earned on orders where cashback offers or payment discounts are used.
Adjustments
- If an order value decreases due to return, refund, cancellation, or any later adjustment, Reward Points will be adjusted accordingly.
- The system will deduct or reverse earned points related to that order.
Redemption
- Minimum 10 points required to redeem.
- Maximum 50 points can be redeemed in a single day.
- Redemption is applied at checkout and reflected in the pricing breakdown.
Expiry
- Reward Points expire 1 year from the order date of the order from which they were earned.
- Expired points are automatically deducted from your balance.
Review Rewards
- Earn 10 points for each approved review on a purchased product.
- Only products you have actually purchased are eligible.
- One approved review per product can earn reward points.
- Spam, inappropriate, or unapproved reviews earn 0 points.
General
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- JUST PET BD may modify or revoke the program in case of fraud, misuse, or policy change.
